When do applications open for the DCC Graduate Programme?
Applications for our 2022 Graduate Programme are now open.
What is your application deadline?
Applications are now open and will close on 12 November 2021.
When does the programme begin?
The programme starts at the beginning of September each year.
Where will I be based while I’m on the programme?
This is an international programme, so you must be prepared to relocate to any of our businesses across any of our operating countries.
What’s the application process and how long does it take?
To make it onto the programme, you’ll need to progress through the following stages:
1. Register with us
2. Apply online
3. Take online test
4. Complete telephone interview
5. Join us at an assessment centre
We’ll let you know the final outcome of your application in March/April 2022. You will be able to follow your progress through each stage in your account area.
What are your minimum entry requirements?
You must have at least a 2:1 undergraduate degree or a 2:2 undergraduate degree with a merit in a masters (or equivalent). You also need to have the right to work in the UK, the Republic of Ireland and within the European Union/European Economic Area and must be internationally mobile.
If I don’t meet the minimum entry requirements, can I still apply?
Unfortunately not. There is stiff competition for places on our graduate programme, so we can only consider applications from people who meet our minimum academic requirements.
What type of candidates are you looking for?
You must be ambitious, passionate and driven to succeed. Other key qualities we look for include a commercial mindset and entrepreneurial flair.
Can I apply to more than one stream?
No, you can only make one application per intake.
I will need a work permit to work in the EEA. Can I still apply?
No – unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor visas, so you must have the unrestricted right to work in the EEA to apply.
I graduated a few years ago. Can I still apply?
Yes, we welcome people of all backgrounds. As long as you meet our minimum entry requirements, we’re more than happy for you to apply.
How can I let you know if I have extenuating circumstances?
Please email us or call us during office hours on +44 (0)1635 279 817.
Can I reapply after failing online tests or other assessment stages?
No. Unfortunately, you can only make one application per intake.
If my application is successful, will I meet other people I am joining with before I start?
Yes. Before you begin your first placement, you will attend an induction programme either online or in Dublin, where you will be able to meet all the other graduates in your cohort. You are also likely to have met some of them at the assessment centre, where there will have been opportunities for you to mix with the other final candidates.
If I have any other questions, how can I contact you?
Please email us or call us during office hours on +44 (0)1635 279 817
